There are two function/hall hire rooms available depending on the numbers attending. To check availability and to book a time to visit our function rooms please contact the main office on 01634 853017 and speak to Karen or complete the contact us form and we will call you with availability the next working day.
Main function hall for hire seats between 50 and 150 people in a large light spacious room with a stage, a dance floor and a large bar serving very reasonably priced drinks. It is the ideal location for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and wakes. The room is modern with a choice of round and rectangular tables with the option of crisp white linen tablecloths at a small additional charge.
Small Function room
Seats up to 24 people for an intimate get together for a smaller party.
You have the choice of a DIY food solution or let us take care of everything for you in both rooms.
Do it yourself.
Bring your own food, arrange the entertainment and dress the room during the day of your event. Hall hire costs nothing depending on bar takings (details below).

We have our own talented chefs that serve everything from a cold buffet to an a la carte sit down gastronomic treat. Dress the room and make sure everything is ready for your arrival. Please speak to Karen for more details when you visit.

FREE hall hire terms and conditions*
We will ask for a £200 deposit on booking the hall. If bar takings at your event exceed £1000 we will refund £100 back to you. If bar takings exceed £2000 on the night then you will receive all of your deposit back!
Table linen per table £5.00 (or use the oak veneer tables supplied at no additional cost)
Cutlery and plate hire
Rather than charge individual prices for plates, glasses and cutlery we charge a nominal £1.25 per person for everything you will need from serving spoons, knives, forks, dinner plates and desert plates. So if you have 100 people attending we will charge you £125 to hire everything you need and this includes plate clearance and washing up!
Portable catering server
If you are bringing your own hot food we have two portable catering units available with hot plates to keep your food hot. Hire charge including staff is £100 per unit
For really special events we have chair covers available to create a stunning display for your guests at £1.95 per chair
Covering the front of the stage area adds a stunning backdrop at a cost of £150
